Daften Die-Casting

Daften Die-casting Ltd, established in 1961, is a ‘One Stop Shop’ for Aluminium Pressure Diecastings. The Company is in the unique position of being able to provide the Customer with the design and manufacture of tooling, diecasting the component, machine finishing and delivering the product. The business has expanded rapidly from inception and enjoys an excellent reputation for work and the ability to offer a good and reliable service with added flexibility, together with technical advice and assistance to the customer where it is required. Daften Die-casting Ltd also continues to regularly invest in the latest state of the art equipment and technology, which has culminated in the purchase of a brand new 350 tonne automated diecasting cell, which, at this time, is one of only three in this Country.

The Company remains in family ownership.

The Company is approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000

Facilities & Plant

Located at its present site in Wadebridge since 1969, the premises include 1486 square metres of factory buildings and storage space on a site of 6070 square metres.The plant is nine miles from Newquay Airport and eight miles from the main A30.

The company will transport and, where necessary, convert existing tooling to suit our diecasting process. This service is usually completely free and only in exceptional cases will previously agreed conversion costs be charged.

Delivery
We use ‘Pallex’ a National Next Day delivery service for Palletised consignments; we also use Securicor Omega Express for parcels.
